Customer Relations Specialist
We are looking for “Customer Relations Specialist” for a reputable company located in İstanbul/Asia , the ideal candidate will be responsible mainly for the customers operating abroad (USA) and will be responsible from the following agenda;
- Degree from a reputable University
- Good command of English (both written and spoken);
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and track multiple customer issues at once;
- Ability to understand and relay company policies and procedures in-person and by email and phone;
- Clear and professional oral and written communication skills in both positive or negative situations.
- Manage customer expectations by clearly communicating our commitments to the customer (ie. delivery dates or problems resolution) and by promptly updating the customer with changes in status;
- Working closely with other departments regarding all customer-related issues;
- Investigate and resolve routine requests and customer complaints;
- Assist in developing sales and marketing initiatives;
- Review and analyze online data from internal and external sources.
