When you will become a member of our team, you will…

• Own the regional and global marketing plans and build the budget, working towards a higher ROI on marketing 

• Lead the development and execution of the Public Relations Strategy to advance the business’ strategic objectives with key audiences 

• Develop and maintain local/regional/international media, national and trade media lists and maintain PR support tools (PR database(s), media monitoring/clipping services, etc.) 

• Coordinate and participate in trade fairs/events across the world. This includes planning from start to finish and ensuring that expected outcome is fulfilled (lead management) 

• Implement growth hacking strategies (organic and inorganic), partner with agencies, the content team, designers, and developers, to drive performance for identified SEO and SEM strategies 

• Own the hotelrunner.com website and manage necessary technical UX/Dev requirements of the customer facing marketing materials 

• Own website conversion funnel experimentation from ideation to implementation and reporting. Identify areas of improvement through quantitative and qualitative research

• Assist with auditing, managing, and integrating elements of our marketing tech stack

• Utilize and implement data visualization tools to build reports reflecting critical KPIs of primary digital marketing channels

• Regularly report on KPI progress, learnings and new strategies moving forward

• Plan and manage the deployment of nurture campaigns as well as ad hoc emails to promote our webinars, customer newsletters as well as service/transactional/operational emails

• Manage the translation process of the marketing materials and validate the translations.

• Optimization of touchpoints based on data analytics and user behaviour

• Enhance the freemium experience, including on SaaS. Build onboarding, retention programs and reduce churn 

• Enable new sales opportunities through training, market intelligence and appropriate value argumentation 

• Meet with customers on a needs-basis together with a sales representative,

• Proactively work with internal stakeholders on the impactful implementation of marketing initiatives. Align with sales and other important stakeholders on key activities by channel and KPIs 

• Support sales with information on products and solutions

The ideal candidate will have most of the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related discipline (Business, Engineering, Economics,  

• Marketing etc.). MBA degree is a plus 

• 7+ years’ experience in B2B and/or B2B2C marketing 

• Fluent or native in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Technology and/or travel industry experience 

• Cross-disciplinary skills with brand management and growth hacking knowledge 

• Deep SEO and SEM management expertise with strong collaborations skills that can move projects along in partnership with multiple stakeholders 

• Skilled in exceptional copywriting, communication, and presentations for both internal and external audiences 

• Track record of establishing key metrics and consistently reporting on marketing success
