Program Goal
It is aimed to analyze personality profile and leadership potentials of the branch managers appointed through the country under the umbrella of the company, to identify personal strengths and development areas, and to strengthen the leadership skills of all participants by providing appropriate training/development content.
It is aimed that all participants gain different and new perspectives on their own potential and personal development, bringing their current managerial competencies to the highest level and acquiring various leadership approaches in the process.
